This class is designed to further nurture your young gymnasts listening skills as well as help teach them how to follow directions. Through instruction your athlete will have the opportunity to learn body control, gymnastics fundamentals, strength, coordination and will gain self esteem and confidence through our positive reenforced program. We offer a number of age appropriate classes that will train your athlete a progression of skills that will teach them the poise, control, perseverance, dedication and discipline that are required in the success of the sport. Our trained coaches will provide your gymnast instruction to bring their skills to the next level. As your gymnasts improves, the higher the level they will be recommended for.
Parents and Coaches will work together to provide your toddler a safe and rewarding gymnastics and movement experience. Key concepts will be learned such as following direction, body control, body movement, taking turns and so much more. The budding gymnasts will have the opportunity to work on a variety of equipment and obstacle courses to include the beam, bars, foam pit, floor, and whatever else our talented coaches come up with to keep the children engaged, active and constantly learning!

No parents needed here- but welcome if necessary! The curriculum will introduce the future gymnasts to physical activities that will engage their imagination while developing gross motor strength, coordination and early gymnastics fundamentals. Students will also learn how to stay with a group, follow directions, work independently with supervision and develop confidence!
